Welcome to Vedayana. By accessing and using our website www.vedayana.co.in and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Vedayana.
1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
1.4. Vedayana is operated by JNSR Services LLP, located at Plot No.627, At/Po- Badaberana, Dist- Khordha, Odisha, Pin-752061.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1. All Vedayana products are 100% natural, handcrafted Ayurvedic and herbal formulations prepared by tribal communities of Odisha.
2.2. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible.
2.3. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance may occur between batches. This does not affect product quality or efficacy.
2.4. Our products are for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise.
2.5. Vedayana products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
3.4. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods.
3.5. We accept: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
4. ORDERS AND PROCESSING
4.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.3. Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon successful placement.
4.4. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
4.5. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
5.2. Delivery time is 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
5.3. FREE shipping is available on orders of ₹699 and above. Orders below ₹699 incur a ₹50-90 shipping fee.
5.4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, remote locations, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.5. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
6.1. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final.
6.2. Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
6.3. We only provide replacements for:
- Products damaged during transit
- Wrong products delivered
- Manufacturing defects (leakage, broken seal, expiry)
6.4. Replacement claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. PRODUCT USAGE AND SAFETY
7.1. Products are for external use only unless specified otherwise.
7.2. Perform a patch test before first use to check for allergic reactions.
7.3. Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
7.4. Keep products out of reach of children.
7.5. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
7.6. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7.7. Check expiry dates before use. Do not use expired products.
7.8. Pregnant or nursing women and individuals with medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
