Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details. Please note that processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or festival days.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is available across India to all serviceable pin codes. Remote locations may experience additional delivery time of 2-3 days. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of ₹549 and above. For orders below ₹549, a flat shipping charge of ₹50-₹90 applies. There are no hidden charges. The final amount shown at checkout includes all applicable fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your shipment status using the provided link or on the courier partner's website. For any tracking-related queries, feel free to contact our customer support.
