The Ancient Process We Follow
Step 1 — Selection of Pure Herbs
Everything begins with the herbs themselves. We handpick the finest herbs, flowers, roots and barks from trusted tribal and forest sources. No compromises here. If the herb is not pure, the product cannot be.
Step 2 — Natural Drying
Herbs are shade or sun-dried naturally to retain their color, aroma and nutrients. This step alone takes days. We do not rush it. Drying preserves the herb's life force. And life force is what heals.
Step 3 — Hand Grinding (Mardana)
Herbs are slowly ground using Khalva Yantra to maintain their natural potency and essence. This is called Mardana in classical Ayurveda. The grinding releases the herb's active compounds in a way no machine can replicate.
Step 4 — Bhavana (Infusion Grinding)
Herbs are ground with herbal juices or decoctions to enhance their therapeutic value. This classical technique multiplies the potency of the herbs many times over.
Step 5 — Blending and Formulation
Ingredients are combined in precise proportions as per Ayurvedic texts and traditional wisdom. Every proportion matters. Every combination is intentional. This is where our BAMS doctors and tribal Vaidyas work together, ensuring the formula is both classically correct and therapeutically sound.
Step 6 — Taila Paka (Preparation in Oil)
The formulation is slowly cooked in pure oils using the traditional Taila Paka method to extract full potency. The herbs are cooked at precise temperatures for hours until their active compounds fully transfer into the oil.
Step 7 — Filtering and Finishing
The medicated oil is filtered naturally to ensure purity and smooth texture. Only the purest extract passes through. Everything else is left behind.
Step 8 — Hand Bottled with Care
Each batch is filled manually in bottles to preserve freshness and protect from light. Every bottle is filled by hand. Every cap is sealed by hand. This is not an assembly line. It is a craft.
